Here’s the deal, I have 3 core beliefs when it comes to health and wellness:
There is so much more to be aware of when it comes to “being healthy” than simply the food we put in our mouths. When other areas of our lives are out of balance, it doesn't matter how much kale we eat in a day!
I believe stress, especially the low grade chronic stress we’ve learned to live with every day, is one of the biggest contributors to disease. And, let me guess, now you’re stressed out that you have too much stress in your life. Don't stress. Stay calm and read on.
I believe in approaching health from a preventative standpoint. We have a “Disease Maintenance” medical system versus a “Disease Prevention” medical system. Call me crazy but I’d like to avoid getting cancer to begin with, versus just treating it once it’s already there.
